🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Homeywaa

At Homeywaa, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

📅 Return & Exchange Window

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.

💰 Return & Exchange Charges

Return or exchange charges will be applicable based on the product price. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount or added to the cost of the exchanged item, as applicable.

  • Items below ₹1,000: ₹150 return / exchange charge

  • Items priced between ₹1,000 – ₹3,000: ₹250 return / exchange charge

  • Items above ₹3,000: Charges will be calculated based on the order value

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product was delivered in good and working condition, but the customer no longer wants the product.

  • The customer feels the product is not as expected or is not effective for their intended purpose, despite the product being delivered correctly and in good condition.

  • The product has been used, damaged, altered, tampered with, or mishandled by the customer.

  • The return or exchange request is made after the 7-day return window.

  • The product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, or invoice, where applicable.

  • The returned product fails the quality inspection after being received at our warehouse.

  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable or non-refundable on the product page.

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement product costs more than the original item, the customer must pay the price difference along with any applicable exchange charges.

  • If the replacement product costs less, the eligible balance amount will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, Homeywaa may offer an alternative product or an eligible refund, depending on the circumstances.

⚠️ Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund

A change of mind after placing or receiving an order may not qualify as a valid reason for return or refund.

Customers are advised to carefully review the product description, specifications, size, features, pricing, and other relevant details before placing an order.

Return or refund requests may not be accepted solely because:

  • The buyer no longer wants the product.

  • The buyer changed their mind after placing the order.

  • The product does not meet personal expectations despite matching the description provided on our website.

  • The buyer ordered the wrong product, size, model, variant, or quantity.

This does not affect cases where a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different product, subject to verification by our support team.

💳 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

  • Applicable return or exchange charges will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order, wherever possible.

  • Refund processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or payment method used.
